SEC-01Introduction
Why the company exists.
Two problems keep repeating in horticulture here: planting material that arrives carrying disease, and good produce that loses its value between the field and the buyer.
A grower who starts with uneven, virus-carrying material spends the next three years paying for that decision. A mushroom grower who cannot hold a climate cannot supply through summer, so buyers go elsewhere and do not come back. And a crop harvested well can still lose most of its value waiting for a truck.
ABVT is set up to hold all five stages — lab, hardening, growing rooms, processing and export — close together, so material does not change hands at each step and quality does not drop at the joins.
We commenced in 2026. We would rather tell you plainly what we are building than publish numbers we have not yet earned. As lines are commissioned and capacity is confirmed, the details go on this site.
If you are planning a plantation, sourcing mushrooms on a schedule, developing a product, or buying from India, we are glad to talk at this stage rather than later.
